Faith purchase notifications are sent for every opportunity, not just the first

Notifications are sent every time a new unit or building can be purchased with faith.

For example, if a Missionary costs 180 faith, a Pagoda 300 faith and a Cannon 450 faith, notifications will be sent as a player accrues more than 180, 300 and 450 faith. This means the player can ignore the notification for the Missionary, but still get a notification when they have enough faith to purchase a Pagoda.
